AGEP Recruitment Travel by Faculty, Staff, Students and Scholars

The AGEP Recruitment Travel (ART) by Faculty, Staff, Students and Scholars is an important diversity outreach program at UCSF. It is requested that faculty participating in the ART program adhere to the following guidelines:

• Please have students you meet on your visits complete a "Student Information Sheet". Collect all sheets and submit them to the Office of Graduate Outreach (Box 0523).
• In order to receive reimbursement for travel expenses, participants must complete and submit an expense reimbursement form within 21 days of end date of trip. Send all Reimbursement forms to Chris Des Jarlais at Campus Box 0523
