Faculty Development Initiative Participation Tracker
For the sake of transparency and accountability, faculty participation in the Faculty Development Initiative (FDI) is tracked and made available in our Faculty Participation Tracker. Graduate program directors and administrators use this data to enforce their program-specific policies regarding faculty training. Faculty, students, and postdocs are also able to view this data. Participation data will be uploaded as trainings commence in 2025-26.
Let Us Know About Other Trainings You Have Taken!
The FDI has developed the above trainings to support research faculty in their role as research mentors for students and postdocs. Each of our trainings will satisfy the graduate programs’ mentorship requirement for the academic year. Participation in trainings outside the FDI may also satisfy the mentorship training requirement. Faculty are encouraged to fill out our non-FDI Training Participation Tracker here to provide graduate program directors information about external trainings they have taken. Please note it is up to the graduate program directors to determine whether your training fulfills your requirements. GEPA will use the information you provide to advise program directors if outside trainings align with the goals of the FDI.
