Summer Research Training Program
UC San Francisco offers exciting summer research opportunities for undergraduate students in the health sciences. In addition to daily research, students participate in:
- Seminars on scientific and professional development
- Journal talks
- Oral and poster presentations
- Small group meetings and activities
- Social and cultural events
Students are provided with a stipend, housing, public transportation pass and health insurance.
PROPEL: Post-baccalaureate Research Opportunity to Promote Equity in Learning
PROPEL is a 1-2 year paid post-baccalaureate research opportunity serving post-bacs from disadvantaged backgrounds in science through a modest financial incentive for faculty hiring managers, career and professional development training sessions, networking opportunities, and laboratory mentorship.
