Ray Care and D'Anne Duncan present their talk "Conducting Successful Lab Rotations: A new initiative to meet needs surfaced by racial injustice and COVID-19 pandemics" 

At the 2022 Graduate Career Consortium Annual Conference in July,  Dr. Ray Care, program director for PhD career and professional development in the Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD), and Dr. D’Anne Duncan, assistant dean for diversity and learner success in the Graduate Division, presented a deep-dive talk about a Graduate Division and OCPD collaboration to support first-year students in UCSF’s basic and biomedical science PhD programs as they navigate their lab rotations.
