Each year, the Graduate Division's Summer Research Training Program (SRTP) welcomes outstanding undergraduate students to work with UCSF faculty members on graduate-level research projects.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's SRTP program has been entirely virtual, and culminates on July 30 with an online symposium featuring brief research talks by 28 undergrads.
Join us as this year's students conclude their 9-week experience. UCSF’s SRTP has been a key program for building a community of scientists and recruiting stellar students from around the country. As in past years, many of these students will apply to graduate programs at UCSF. Recent cohorts have been admitted at a rate of 40-50%. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know these highly engaged undergraduates.
