Department Fees Required

Departments must indicate their interest in purchasing the program (in the case of international students) or opting into the program (in the case of domestic students), when the APM 430 packet is submitted in PeopleConnect. The process for accessing and paying for these services must be initiated by the department hosting the student. SHCS and student service fees must be paid through the department's chart of accounts or speedtype. Checks are not accepted. Contact your department HR administrator regarding funding for student service fees.

Once an eligible appointment becomes active, students will have access to the student services listed below. Please note that once an appointment ends, access to student services will be immediately revoked.

Registered Campus Organizations (RCOs): APM 430 students can hold a leadership position and be full members of an RCO. However, APM 430s are unfortunately not eligible to purchase items or request UCSF reimbursement on behalf of an RCO. APM 430 students must delegate the task of purchasing items for reimbursement to a student enrolled in UCSF coursework.
